My Approach
Welcome, and thank you for considering me in your search for a therapist.
The journey toward healing and self-discovery is deeply personal, and I believe that effective therapy is founded on a relationship built with trust, compassion, and mutual respect. From our very first interaction, I seek to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard, where we can build a connection grounded in understanding, empathy, and authenticity. Therapy is not just about addressing immediate challenges; it’s about embarking on a transformative process that allows you to reconnect with your true self and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.

As a member of the trans community, I bring lived experience to my work and am deeply committed to supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ folks and their allies. I recognize the courage it takes to seek therapy, especially for those who have faced marginalization or discrimination. In our work together, you can expect a compassionate, affirming space where your identity is respected and celebrated. I am here to support you through whatever challenges you may face, whether they relate to gender identity, relationships, mental health, or navigating the complexities of life.

I work with individuals facing a broad spectrum of concerns including: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, stress, grief, anger management, identity exploration, ADHD, neurodiversity, chronic pain, and more. Each of these challenges, while difficult, holds the potential for personal growth and resilience. Together, we can explore the underlying causes, find meaningful solutions, and empower you to take active steps toward healing.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet your unique needs. Central to my work is a person-centered philosophy that values your autonomy and inner wisdom, while also incorporating narrative therapy techniques that help you make sense of your life’s story, rewrite limiting beliefs, and explore new possibilities. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. This is your space for healing, self-exploration, and growth.

Therapy is not just about managing symptoms; it’s about creating lasting change. I invite you to join me in co-creating an environment that nurtures empowerment and self-compassion. In our work together, we will explore your unique story, uncover new insights, and cultivate the tools you need to live more fully and authentically. My role is not to give you answers, but to accompany you on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

It would be my privilege to support you on your path toward healing, growth, and a deeper connection to your true self.
